Trevion Capital operates as a global financial and technology institution with a long-term vision of international expansion and multi-jurisdictional relevance. Our institutional direction is built upon innovation, digital transformation, financial inclusion, strategic capital deployment, and the pursuit of sustainable economic advancement for individuals and enterprises.

By accessing, registering on, interacting with, or using any aspect of the Trevion Capital platform or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and all related services.

2. Institutional Identity and Scope of Operations

Trevion Capital is positioned as a broad-based institution operating at the convergence of finance, technology, digital innovation, and business infrastructure development. The institution’s activities are not limited to investment operations alone, but also extend into diversified commercial and technological service lines.

These service areas may include, without limitation, software development, web platform engineering, enterprise systems design, mobile application development, APIs, business automation systems, online marketing, digital strategy, network marketing infrastructure, digital consulting, technology-enabled business services, data systems, and participation in financial market activities including Forex trading and other strategic market engagements.

Trevion Capital reserves the full and unrestricted right to expand, modify, suspend, redefine, restructure, consolidate, or discontinue any part of its service portfolio, operational model, digital framework, territorial reach, or product architecture at any time and without prior notice, where such action is considered commercially prudent, legally necessary, technologically appropriate, or strategically beneficial.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of Trevion Capital constitutes a binding and continuing acceptance of these Terms and any supplementary policies, disclosures, notices, operational rules, platform conditions, or legal statements that may be published from time to time.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, investors, clients, affiliates, referrers, technology customers, business partners, and other parties interacting with Trevion Capital in any capacity, whether directly or indirectly.

Trevion Capital may present additional service-specific rules, investment notices, operational policies, or transactional disclosures in relation to particular products or services. In such circumstances, those additional rules shall be read together with these Terms and shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

4. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you are of full legal age in your jurisdiction, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are not prohibited by any law, regulation, restriction, sanction, court order, or compliance obligation from using the platform or participating in any of its services.

Trevion Capital may, at its sole discretion, impose additional eligibility criteria, verification standards, or identity-related requirements before granting or continuing access to specific services, account functions, withdrawal channels, investment products, or other institutional features.

It remains your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your country, state, territory, or jurisdiction. Trevion Capital makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in every location worldwide.

5. Account Registration and User Information

In order to access certain functionalities, you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree that all information supplied by you shall be truthful and shall not be misleading, deceptive, incomplete, or false in any material respect.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal details, contact information, phone number, and any other data associated with your account. Trevion Capital shall not be liable for losses, delays, failed communications, rejected transactions, or other adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or outdated information supplied by you.

Trevion Capital reserves the right to request documentation, clarification, verification evidence, or additional account information at any time for purposes of compliance, fraud prevention, operational integrity, security review, service eligibility determination, or transaction confirmation.

6. Account Security and Credential Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password, authentication devices, phone-based verifications, and any related security information.

Any action undertaken through your account, whether authorized by you directly or resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials, may be treated by Trevion Capital as valid and attributable to you.

You must immediately notify Trevion Capital if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, unusual account behavior, security breach, or any activity that may threaten the integrity of your account. Trevion Capital reserves the right, but not the obligation, to suspend access, restrict transactions, or freeze operations in response to suspected security concerns.

7. Nature of the Platform and General Service Disclaimer

Trevion Capital provides a platform, operational infrastructure, financial interface, technology environment, and institutional framework through which users may access various services and opportunities. Nothing on the platform shall be interpreted as personal financial advice, regulated investment advice, fiduciary representation, tax advice, legal advice, or guaranteed commercial assurance unless explicitly stated in a formal written agreement executed by authorized representatives of Trevion Capital.

All services, systems, and content are provided on an “as available,” “as offered,” and “as existing” basis, subject to continuous development, change, interruption, reconfiguration, or withdrawal. Trevion Capital does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or universal compatibility across all devices, jurisdictions, systems, or user environments.

8. Services Offered

Trevion Capital may offer, facilitate, promote, support, or integrate a diversified range of services and institutional functions including, without limitation:

  • Software development and custom digital product engineering
  • Web application design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization
  • Mobile application development across multiple operating systems
  • API development, systems integration, business automation, and enterprise technology architecture
  • Digital consulting and strategic technology support services
  • Online marketing and performance-driven digital growth services
  • Network marketing infrastructure, systems, and related operational tools
  • Data-driven digital services and financial systems development
  • Investment platform services and structured capital participation models
  • Financial market activity including Forex trading and associated strategic market operations

The presence or mention of any service on the platform does not create a permanent obligation on Trevion Capital to maintain, continue, prioritize, localize, or indefinitely provide that service in any specific form.

9. User Experience and Platform Availability

Trevion Capital endeavors to maintain a functional, accessible, and commercially reasonable digital experience. However, the platform may from time to time become unavailable, delayed, degraded, interrupted, or restricted due to maintenance, infrastructure modifications, software upgrades, network conditions, security interventions, third-party dependencies, force majeure events, capacity constraints, legal requirements, or other technical and operational factors.

Trevion Capital shall not be liable for any loss, delay, inconvenience, missed opportunity, or consequential impact resulting from platform downtime, degraded performance, access interruptions, deployment changes, scheduled maintenance, or unscheduled service disturbances.

10. Wallet Structure and Internal Fund Categorization

Trevion Capital may utilize an internal wallet-based structure for the purpose of organizing user balances, transaction categories, earnings, referral accruals, investment allocations, and withdrawal-eligible funds. Such wallet categories are operational design tools intended to support clarity, auditability, and institutional control over digital financial flows within the platform.

Users acknowledge that wallet balances, wallet labels, wallet movements, and wallet rules are governed strictly by platform logic, operational policies, and system restrictions. The existence of a balance in one wallet category does not automatically imply unrestricted transferability, immediate liquidity, unconditional withdrawal rights, or legal entitlement beyond what is permitted under platform rules.

Trevion Capital may revise wallet mechanics, transfer permissions, transaction handling rules, categorization logic, or display architecture whenever such changes are considered necessary for security, operational efficiency, compliance, scalability, legal defensibility, or commercial refinement.

11. Deposits and Funding Procedures

Deposits made to the platform are subject to verification, confirmation, system validation, anti-fraud review, and operational acceptance. Trevion Capital reserves the full right to reject, delay, reverse, suspend, investigate, quarantine, or withhold any deposit transaction where the institution considers it necessary to do so in the interest of compliance, security, accuracy, payment verification, fraud control, technical reconciliation, or business protection.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that payment details submitted are accurate and correspond to authorized channels. Trevion Capital shall not be liable for failed credits, delayed settlements, rejected confirmations, or unrecoverable payment outcomes arising from user error, third-party payment issues, unsupported transaction paths, mismatched account identifiers, or unauthorized submission methods.

The institution may integrate with external payment systems, mobile money platforms, processors, gateways, telecommunications channels, or other third-party providers. Trevion Capital does not control the internal systems of such providers and accepts no liability for their outages, errors, delays, reversals, or enforcement actions.

12. Withdrawals and Disbursement Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to platform rules, internal controls, verification standards, account review, channel availability, fraud screening, and operational feasibility. Trevion Capital reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to review, delay, hold, reject, reverse, suspend, partially fulfill, or decline any withdrawal request where it deems such action commercially prudent, legally required, technically necessary, or appropriate for institutional risk management.

Withdrawal eligibility may depend on internal wallet structure, minimum thresholds, transaction history, account condition, verification consistency, channel compatibility, anti-abuse review, or any other standards imposed by Trevion Capital from time to time.

Trevion Capital shall not be liable for losses or inconvenience resulting from delayed disbursement, payment provider interruptions, restricted payment environments, mismatched account details, regulatory inquiries, or other factors that may reasonably impede withdrawal execution.

13. Referral Programs and Incentive Structures

Trevion Capital may from time to time offer referral structures, incentive systems, network-linked rewards, promotional bonuses, or similar participation programs. Such arrangements are entirely discretionary and may be modified, suspended, recalibrated, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

The institution reserves the right to withhold, reverse, cancel, adjust, or permanently disqualify referral earnings where suspicious activity, abuse, duplicate identities, collusion, manipulation, self-referral, artificial account generation, or other conduct deemed improper by Trevion Capital is detected or reasonably suspected.

No referral benefit shall be deemed vested, irrevocable, or contractually guaranteed unless expressly acknowledged by the institution under valid and compliant platform conditions.

14. Software, Systems, and Intellectual Property Rights

All software, interfaces, systems, code structures, logic flows, branding, graphics, content, layouts, business methods, workflows, trade identifiers, and platform designs associated with Trevion Capital are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, trade secret principles, contractual rights, and related proprietary protections.

No portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, scraped, automated, redistributed, republished, licensed, mirrored, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without the prior written authorization of Trevion Capital.

Use of the platform grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly conditional right to access its services for lawful purposes only. No ownership interest in the platform or its proprietary assets is transferred to you.

15. Communications, Notices, and Electronic Consent

By using the platform, you consent to receive notices, alerts, transactional messages, policy updates, legal communications, account notices, verification requests, and operational information through electronic means, including but not limited to platform notifications, email, SMS, or other digital channels.

You agree that electronic communications from Trevion Capital satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Trevion Capital shall not be responsible for missed notices arising from your failure to maintain current contact details, monitor registered communication channels, or preserve access to your declared devices and addresses.

16. Compliance, KYC, AML, and Fraud Prevention

Trevion Capital reserves the right to apply know-your-customer, identity review, source-of-funds review, anti-money laundering controls, fraud-screening protocols, activity monitoring, transaction analysis, and other internal or external compliance procedures at its sole discretion.

Users may be asked to provide identification documents, transaction explanations, proof of ownership, account clarification, payment evidence, or additional information as a condition of continued access to certain services or account functions.

Trevion Capital may freeze activity, decline transactions, suspend services, restrict accounts, report conduct to relevant authorities, or take any other action it deems necessary where unlawful, suspicious, inconsistent, abusive, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent activity is identified or suspected.

17. Jurisdictional Compliance and International Legal Positioning

Trevion Capital aspires to operate and expand internationally and may engage users, services, digital products, and institutional initiatives across multiple countries and legal environments. As a result, users acknowledge that the legal, tax, licensing, reporting, consumer, investment, payment, privacy, telecommunications, and financial rules applicable to them may differ significantly depending on jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to, participation in, or use of Trevion Capital is lawful under the laws, regulations, directives, standards, or enforcement frameworks applicable to you.

Trevion Capital makes no representation that every service, feature, offering, payment method, return model, promotional structure, or digital function is lawful, available, licensed, or suitable in every country or region.

Where required, Trevion Capital may adapt, limit, suspend, or localize specific features in light of jurisdictional restrictions, compliance realities, cross-border data obligations, regulatory risk, or changing international business conditions.

18. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, declaring, paying, and settling any tax obligations, duties, levies, assessments, charges, or governmental liabilities that may arise in connection with your use of the platform, receipt of earnings, investment participation, referral incentives, technology service transactions, or any other commercial interaction with Trevion Capital.

Trevion Capital does not provide tax advice and shall not be responsible for your tax classification, treatment, filing obligations, reporting exposure, audit position, or jurisdiction-specific compliance burden.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm Trevion Capital, the platform, its systems, its users, its infrastructure, or its legal and commercial interests. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or concealment of material facts
  • Account impersonation, identity misuse, or unauthorized access attempts
  • Multi-account abuse, referral manipulation, or artificial transaction generation
  • Platform exploitation, code interference, automated abuse, scraping, probing, or security circumvention
  • Submission of false deposit confirmations or misleading payment data
  • Attempts to disrupt, overload, corrupt, or compromise platform functionality
  • Use of the platform for unlawful, sanctioned, fraudulent, or abusive activity

Trevion Capital may take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, benefit forfeiture, permanent restriction, transaction cancellation, legal reporting, or further enforcement steps.

20. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

Trevion Capital reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, limit, freeze, disable, terminate, or otherwise interfere with account access, features, balances, transactions, services, or institutional interactions where it determines, in its sole judgment, that such action is necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, operational discipline, business protection, or policy enforcement.

Termination or suspension may occur with or without explanation, particularly where disclosure may prejudice security controls, compliance protocols, investigation integrity, institutional interests, or third-party obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as obligating Trevion Capital to maintain any account, provide indefinite access, preserve any specific feature, or continue any relationship beyond the institution’s chosen discretion and lawful obligations.

21. Third-Party Services and External Dependencies

Trevion Capital may rely upon, integrate with, or interact through third-party systems, including payment providers, telecommunications platforms, hosting providers, messaging channels, financial APIs, security tools, analytics services, software libraries, and other external infrastructure.

Trevion Capital does not warrant the performance, reliability, availability, legality, or fitness of any third-party service. Where your experience depends partly or wholly on third-party infrastructure, you accept that delays, interruptions, failures, restrictions, or losses arising from such infrastructure may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevion Capital disclaims liability for harm resulting from third-party service behavior, outages, policy changes, reversals, access limitations, compliance actions, or service defects.

22. Disclaimers Relating to Accuracy and Future Development

While Trevion Capital endeavors to maintain commercially reasonable standards of quality, relevance, and operational coherence, the institution does not warrant that all platform content, service descriptions, visual representations, explanatory texts, projections, statements, references, package descriptions, technical details, or informational materials are complete, current, exhaustive, or error-free at all times.

The platform may evolve continuously. Features may be revised, expanded, withdrawn, renamed, or restructured without creating any legal claim based on prior layout, prior wording, legacy visuals, expected continuity, or prior user assumptions.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trevion Capital, its founders, directors, managers, affiliates, representatives, service providers, technology partners, contractors, officers, and associated personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, expenses, investigations, or demands arising out of or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the platform;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law, regulation, right, or obligation;
  • your account activity or any transaction attributable to you;
  • disputes between you and third parties arising from your platform use.

This indemnity obligation shall survive termination of your relationship with Trevion Capital.

24. Force Majeure

Trevion Capital shall not be liable for any failure, delay, disruption, suspension, inaccuracy, interruption, inability to perform, or consequential impact arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil disorder, terrorism, power failures, cyber incidents, communication failures, internet disruption, payment system outages, sanctions, government restrictions, legal changes, regulatory intervention, labor disruption, pandemics, infrastructure breakdowns, market shocks, or technological failures.

During such circumstances, Trevion Capital may suspend or adjust operations without incurring liability.

25. Investment Participation and Structured Opportunities

Trevion Capital may provide structured participation models, package-based opportunities, earnings frameworks, or related financial arrangements through the platform. These structures are governed by internal operational logic, platform rules, commercial constraints, capital allocation methods, and institutional strategies which may change over time.

Users acknowledge that any participation in such structures is undertaken voluntarily and subject to institutional rules, strategic deployment realities, technical conditions, liquidity constraints, business judgment, and wider market realities. Descriptions of package behavior, platform calculations, historical patterns, expected mechanics, or displayed rates shall not be construed as unconditional guarantees, legal warranties, or fixed entitlements unless explicitly stated in a formal signed agreement.

Trevion Capital reserves the right to update package structures, qualification conditions, operational timing, distribution mechanics, earnings logic, or associated conditions in response to legal requirements, strategic adjustments, market conditions, or internal institutional review.

26. General Financial Risk Acknowledgment

By participating in any financial, investment-related, or earnings-oriented feature provided through Trevion Capital, you expressly acknowledge that financial activity carries inherent risk. Such risks may arise from market fluctuations, liquidity events, execution realities, strategy performance, technical infrastructure, external providers, macroeconomic conditions, regulatory developments, currency movements, business interruption, or other known and unknown variables.

You understand and accept that commercial projections, package expectations, displayed earnings logic, or institutional descriptions do not eliminate uncertainty and do not create an absolute assurance of outcome. You further accept that the institution’s operational decisions may be influenced by real-time conditions that affect performance, timing, distributions, and capital preservation.

27. Investment Risk Disclosure and Forex Market Exposure

Participation in financial markets, including but not limited to foreign exchange (Forex) trading, involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all persons. Forex markets are inherently volatile, leveraged in many contexts, globally sensitive, and materially influenced by economic events, geopolitical developments, interest rate movements, liquidity conditions, institutional behavior, and rapid shifts in price action.

Trevion Capital may allocate, deploy, manage, or engage capital in areas that are directly or indirectly affected by market conditions. You therefore expressly acknowledge and accept that financial losses may occur, including severe losses, prolonged underperformance, or total loss of part or all capital associated with market activity.

Without limitation, you expressly acknowledge the following:

  • market volatility may result in rapid, substantial, and unpredictable losses;
  • timing, execution, spread conditions, slippage, and liquidity shortages may materially affect outcomes;
  • algorithmic, systematic, manual, discretionary, or hybrid strategies may underperform, fail, or become unsuitable under changing conditions;
  • external global events may adversely affect capital deployment and performance;
  • there is no system, method, model, or structure capable of removing risk from financial market participation;
  • past performance, past outcomes, prior trends, or historical platform behavior do not guarantee future results;
  • losses may arise even where prudent systems, analysis, or controls are in place;
  • total capital loss is possible.

There is no guarantee of returns, capital preservation, profitability, or positive performance under any circumstances.

By continuing to use the platform and by participating in any investment-related activity, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for all financial outcomes, including losses, and you agree that Trevion Capital shall not be liable merely because an investment, market position, institutional allocation, or strategy produced an unfavorable result.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trevion Capital and its affiliates, principals, officers, agents, service providers, technology partners, and associated personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, regulatory, commercial, reputational, or consequential losses, damages, costs, claims, or liabilities arising from or related to:

  • investment performance or lack thereof;
  • trading outcomes, market movement, or capital loss;
  • account restriction, suspension, review, or compliance intervention;
  • delays in deposits, transfers, withdrawals, or verifications;
  • system outages, bugs, technical errors, latency, or communication disruption;
  • third-party platform, gateway, mobile money, or telecommunications failures;
  • unauthorized access caused by user negligence;
  • regulatory changes, legal restrictions, or enforcement realities;
  • force majeure or circumstances beyond institutional control.

Where any liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Amendments and Evolving Terms

Trevion Capital reserves the unrestricted right to amend, supplement, restate, replace, revise, expand, interpret, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication or deployment through the platform or associated communication channels. Your continued use of Trevion Capital after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or inoperative by a competent authority, such provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

31. No Waiver

Any failure or delay by Trevion Capital in exercising any right, remedy, or enforcement power under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or any other right. A waiver shall only be effective if expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of the institution.

32. Entire Understanding

These Terms, together with any policies, notices, disclosures, and service-specific conditions published by Trevion Capital, constitute the entire understanding between you and the institution concerning your use of the platform, unless superseded by a formal written agreement duly executed by authorized parties.

33. Contact and Institutional Communication

Where you need to communicate with Trevion Capital regarding account matters, legal concerns, policy questions, transactional disputes, or service clarifications, you should use the official communication channels designated by the institution on the platform or through approved institutional contact points.

Trevion Capital reserves the right to determine the scope, timing, format, and sufficiency of any response and shall not be obligated to respond outside its defined processes, security standards, legal obligations, or institutional communication protocols.

Legal Warning: Use of the Trevion Capital platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not register, deposit, invest, transfer funds, request withdrawals, or use the platform.
